Our Rooms

Nestled on the beachfront among palm trees and lush gardens, Mawimbi is a tropical oasis offering just 14 unique and charming rooms, with five different room types; Ocean Front Suites, Junior Suites, Deluxe Rooms, Superior Rooms and Standard Rooms. The limited number of rooms provides for an intimate and tranquil stay, where the Caribbean Sea meets the Gulf of México.

Rates in USD currency for one or two people, for one night. Extra person $50 USD per night. Taxes & continental breakfast are included in the price.

Our Ocean Front Suites are located just 30 meters from the sea, where you’ll enjoy beautiful ocean views from your room and terrace.

You’ll also take advantage of the many hammocks, recliners and beach beds, and enjoy meals at Barquito, our open-air restaurant and bar which also offers beach service to our guests.

Junior Suites

Our lovely Junior Suites are located on the first floor, with large balconies overlooking the gardens through the palm trees, where you can relax in comfortable chairs and sway in your hammock while you take in the salt air and ocean breezes.

Although these rooms do not have an ocean view, the sea is just a few steps away. You’ll take advantage of the many hammocks, recliners and beach beds, and enjoy meals at Barquito, our open-air restaurant and bar which also offers beach service to our guests.
