TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Prices are in USD per night, for one or two people.
• Taxes and continental breakfast included.
• Extra person $50 USD per night.
• Check-in Time: 3:00pm / Check-out Time: 12:00pm
• A 50% advance payment is required to reserve your stay.
• You can pay the balance in cash, we accept MXN, EURO and USD.
• If you book only one night, the deposit must be 100%.
• When the client pays the deposit in advance, acknowledges and accepts the cancellation policy of Mawimbi Hotel.
• Please note that due to problems with the internet provider, there is sometimes no internet signal throughout the island.
• PET FRIENDLY: We love dogs, but we only accept them in some rooms. Please let us know when requesting availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policies very carefully. If you need to cancel the reservation, we will ask you to abide by them. These policies are not negotiable under any circumstances.

• 50% of the deposit is required to guarantee the stay.
• If you cancel the reservation 31 or more days prior your arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
• If you cancel the reservation 30 days or less prior your arrival, the deposit will not be refundable.
• In case of a No-Show, the entire stay will be canceled with no refund.
• In case of early check-out, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
